HR Business Solutions Group was founded by Beata Sztorch.

Beata holds a master degree in Management from the University of Economics in Poznan as well as postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Kozminski University Warsaw.

For the majority of her career, Beata worked as a mid and senior HR manager for large, multinational corporations including Unilever, British American Tobacco, Nestle Waters, Stock Polska and Bosch.

She has led a number of projects where she gained experience in supporting business growth from the human resources perspective.

Throughout her career, her responsibilities covered all areas of human resources management including: recruitment for managerial positions, career counseling for managers, Assessment & Development Center, personnel administration and HR systems. Beata has worked as a Senior Consultant in executive search consulting company, before establishing HR Business Solutions Group.

Beata speaks fluent English. In her spare time she is dedicated to her family. Supports organisation SOS Wioski Dzieciece.
