Direct Search/Executive Search

At HR Business Solutions we use Direct Search exclusively, which is the primary method for finding executive and senior management candidates in most organizations.

This is the most effective way to find applicants with unique qualifications, broad experience or specialized skills. It also allows for the sourcing of candidates who are not actively seeking new positions.

Our recruitment process begins with an in depth market analysis, thanks to which we have access to a large pool of candidates for all tightly defined industry sectors.

Our extensive network of business contacts is key to a fast and effective execution of a Direct Search.
We can also help our clients to hire managers with optimal qualifications for the duration of specific projects.

This is called Interim Management. Managers hired for specified term contracts are highly qualified experts, with many years of experience at the highest levels. The client benefits by saving time and resources typically needed to hire and integrate new managers, as well as by not having to bear the full costs of regular full time employees.
