How to prepare for an interview?
Congratulations, you were invited to an interview. You now have a chance to show that you not only possess the necessary qualifications, but that you are also a great fit for the organization. Candidates who come prepared are evaluated higher by the interviewer. To help you prepare, we suggest that you do the following:
- Find out as much as you can about the company.
- Find out as much as you can about the position.
- Double check that you know exactly when and where the interview will be conducted.
- On the day of the interview, pay particular attention to your clothing. Regardless of whether it is a formal or an informal meeting, you should look polished and professional.
- Arrive early enough to guarantee that you will not be late. Be careful, however, not to arrive too early, as you might be interrupting the preceding interview.
- Do not schedule meetings or urgent work right after this interview. You cannot predict exactly how long an interview will take. It is very rude to interrupt an interview before it is over.
- Make sure that you can answer all questions about your career, your accomplishments and goals in detail.
Prepare a list with a couple of questions about the company and the position. Ask your questions during the interview.

The information that you want to share should be precise and accurate. The employer pays attention to many qualities including: personality, motivation, honesty, enthusiasm, ease of communication, integrity.
